* Ancients used the Chaga mushroom for a variety of healing remedies. It provides an impressive amount of free radical scavenging antioxidants to help protect our bodies from disease. It helps to fight off invading viruses and bacteria through immune stimulation. In addition, Chaga mushrooms are shown to decrease inflammation in the body that’s specifically related to the digestive tract and colon, because it suppresses chemical mediators associated with inflammation and disease. And on top of all that, it’s used to increase physical endurance. That’s an impressive portfolio.

As with anything, moderation is key. So when in doubt, please remember to check with your doctor.
