* The Chaga mushroom was used by the ancients for a variety of healing remedies. It provides an impressive amount of free radical scavenging antioxidants that help protect our bodies from disease. It’s known as an immune stimulant helping to fight off invading viruses and bacteria. Chaga mushrooms have also been shown to decrease inflammation in the body, specifically related to the digestive tract and colon by way of suppressing chemical mediators that create disease causing inflammation. In addition to all these goodies, it’s also used to increase physical endurance. Who doesn’t want all that?
But as with anything, moderation is in order, and when in doubt, check with your doctor.
