With fall comes the lure of sugar and spice. From pies to muffins and even your favorite latte, may come a satisfaction for your sweet tooth, but it can also come with a belly bomb to boot. Here’s a great way to satisfy cravings that’s also deliciously satisfying.

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 T chia seeds

1 C almond milk

4 T pumpkin puree

½ t pumpkin pie spice

Stevia to taste

1-2 t cacao nibs (optional topping)

 

METHOD:

Place all ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in bowl and stir to combine. Or place the ingredients in a large mason jar and shake to combine. Stir or shake after an hour or two to make sure that it is still combined and ‘setting’. It will be ready to eat in approx. 4 hours.

To serve, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
